Methods of payment
We accept cash, personal checks electronically, and debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.) Payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you are in need to make payment arrangements, please speak to or email our Billing Department. We do offer prompt pay discounts if paying for the visit at the time of service. We accept most Insurances including some Medicaid. If you find your insurance is not listed please speak to our Practice Manager or Billing Department. As a courtesy to our families, we will submit insurance claims and will work with you and the insurance company to get your bill paid. Submitting a claim does not guarantee the insurance company will pay for the service that was rendered. When an insurance company refuses to pay, the outstanding amount becomes your responsibility to pay. Understanding the benefits offered by your individual insurance plan before coming to the office will clear up any confusion that may occur.

At the time of your visit, we will collect your co-pay and any deductible that is due. Having your insurance card available at each visit will help us to verify that we are charging you the correct amount that is due.
