Overview
Methods
of payment
We accept cash, personal checks, and debit
or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American
Express.) If you are in need to make payment arrangements,
please speak to or email our Billing
Department. We do offer prompt pay discounts
if paying for the visit at the time of service.
We accept most Insurances
including Medicaid. If you find your insurance
is not listed please speak to our Practice Manager
or Billing Department. As a courtesy to our families,
we will submit insurance claims and will work
with you and the insurance company to get your
bill paid. Submitting a claim does not guarantee
the insurance company will pay for the service
that was rendered. When an insurance company refuses
to pay, the outstanding amount becomes your responsibility
to pay. Understanding the benefits offered by
your individual insurance plan before coming to
the office will clear up any confusion that may
occur.
At the time of your visit, we will collect your
co-pay and any deductible that is due. Having
your insurance card available at each visit will
help us to verify that we are charging you the
correct amount that is due.
Patient Financial Information
Notification of Balance Due – each
month we send out a monthly statement if you have
a balance on your account. If you believe that
this is incorrect or you have difficulty paying
the amount that is indicated, please call our
Billing Department – we will try to work
with you any way we can and we will share any
information we have to help you get your bill paid.
If an agreement has not been reached and payment
is not received, your account may be turned over
to a Credit Reporting Agency or collection agency
