Prescription Refills

If you are in need of a prescription to be filled for ADD or ADHD, please call 48 hours in advance so that we may have your prescription ready for you to pick up. Please leave the following information at 972-548-0758 ext 1014:

• SPELL the first and last name of the patient.
• State the date of birth.
• Give the name of the medication you are requesting.
• State the dose and amount of medication needed.

All other prescriptions should be called into your pharmacy, even if the prescription has expired.

Sometimes, we may request your child to come into the office to be seen by our physician before a prescription can be refilled.
