take longer to process than others.
Please remember when leaving a message to leave
the following information
- Last and first name of child
- Date of birth
- Name of doctor you are planning to see
- Date of the appointment
- Reason for your call
Telephone/Triage:
(972-548-0758 x 1007)
A nurse is available by phone during normal hours
of operation to answer any questions you may have.
The nurse will help provide an assessment as to
how quickly your child should be seen in the office
or if something can be done to make your child
more comfortable. Our nurses use standard protocols
to help with their assessments. Only during an
in-office visit with a physician or a nurse practitioner
can we make a diagnosis.
If you are calling our nurse to help you with
a medical concern, please note that calls received
by 4:00 p.m. will be returned that same day. If a call is received after 4:00
p.m. they will possibly be answered that evening or during the next business day. Remember,
if your situation is an emergency, call 911 immediately.
