If you have not received an email with an invitation to the Patient Portal, please contact our office by phone or by using the Contact Us form at the bottom of this page to request an invitation.
The invitation will ensure that the portal access is correctly set up. The portal accounts are set up this way to avoid creation of duplicate accounts with your child's name. All patients will need to do this.
Have a bill you need to pay? Payments may be made on the portal as well.
